I would just like to let you know that Anglican Retirement Villages have been impressed with the communication and collaboration efforts of TTPA in assisting with many of our projects. In recent times, TTPA have assisted with our projects at Glenhaven, The Ponds, Kingswood, Penrith and Castle Hill.
Australand have engaged the services of TTPA to assist with numerous large development projects over the past 15 years. I want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the services provided to the Bunnings Group by TTPA. For nearly 10 years now TTPA have assisted with virtually every new Bunnings development in NSW as well as many recent developments in Queensland and ACT. Their inevitable expedient and professional approach has served to overcome many difficult traffic and design issues and to achieve development consents in the face of often seemingly insurmountable circumstances.

Having provided design advice through the DA phase, Bernard Lo provided expert evidence in the Land and Environment Court. The case was won on facts, and Bernard’s attention to detail and diligent analysis of the facts were the difference between winning and losing the case. Bernard assisted Sunland Group since the inception of our DA in 2016 and eventually represented us in the Land and Environmental Court. Bernard was well-prepared and provided compelling arguments/evidence before the Commissioner during the Hearing. I am very pleased that the Court eventually granted consent to the development in her Judgement.”

We recently received approval for a relatively complex DA involving a large-scale land rehabilitation project in Sydney’s west. The long-standing history of the project has proven to be quite challenging for Council and TfNSW during the assessment process. Bernard was able to simplify and articulate these issues with clarity when presenting his responses to the authorities. His concise, persuasive, and scientific approach helped us resolve the numerous traffic issues in this project.
