Bernard specialises in preparing traffic impact assessments for land-use planning and development. He has been assisting local councils, architects, and developers in resolving traffic and parking issues in projects of all nature since 2008. His expertise on the subject matter enables him to respond to and overcome unnecessarily complex problems concisely. He prefers brevity over fluff in his written communication and firmly disagrees with superfluously fluffy reports (that come with matching price-tags). Bernard once presented expert testimonies in the Land and Environmental Court regularly but now prefers to help his clients attain development consents (where possible) outside of costly legal processes.
Bernard is a professional member of the Institute of Engineers Australia and the Australian Institute of Transport, Planning and Management. He holds a Civil Engineering qualification from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Transport from Monash University.
Bernard presents with a friendly mannerism, a trying sense of humour, and is happy to help where he can. He works well with respectful and professional project teams. His wife and two young daughters typically occupy all his time outside of the office. He can be contacted at 02 9411 5660 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
