OUR HISTORY

TTPA is a boutique consultancy established in 1994 to provide evidence-based traffic engineering and transport planning advice to Developers, Architects, Local Governments and TfNSW. TTPA is renowned for its expertise in land use planning and development and has a long and successful track record in developments involving Industrial, Retail, Aged Care, Land Subdivision and High-Rise developments. Notable Clients who TTPA advises on a regular basis include Bunnings Group, Meriton Group, Opal Aged Care, Logos Properties and etc. Since its inception in 1994, TTPA with its team of experienced consultants has established an enviable reputation for assisting its Clients exceed their desired project outcome determinedly.

On the back of his impressive career achievements he refined the scope of TTPA’s offerings to only providing specialist traffic advice for land use developments. Since 1994, the firm has amassed an impressive portfolio of successful projects with notable earlier achievements being the now established Queen Victoria Building, Darling Harbour, World Square, Pitt Street Mall.

Today, more than 25 years later – TTPA continues to exceed its Clients’ expectations under the leadership of Ross. Some major recent urban development projects which TTPA successfully assisted with are the likes of Victoria Park at the Zetland and Green Square precinct and Discovery Point at Wolli Creek. Although associated with some of the largest private sector corporations in Australia today, TTPA continues to impart the single minded and meticulous attention to small and medium projects.
