The site has a longstanding history of challenges with Council and the local community.  A previous development scheme lodged by a local developer was refused in the Court.  Bernard assisted Sunland Group since the inception of our DA in 2016 and eventually represented us in the Land and Environmental Court.  Bernard was well-prepared and provided compelling arguments/evidence before the Commissioner during the Hearing.
